Call for Papers Ends

Thanks to all of you who submitted papers for this year's PTC/USER World Event in Tampa, Florida. The evaluation committees will begin their work soon to select the finalists. An announcement will be made in February. For more information, please visit the 2007 Call for Papers page.

This year's event promises to be better than ever with expanded training, education and networking opportunities. Our formal conference announcement will be posted on February 12.

Survey Winner
We received over 150 responses to our World Event training survey--thank you! We also wish to congratulate Son Nguyen of Great Plains Manufacturing, winner of the Apple iPod nano drawing.

Now for the survey results: among Pro/ENGINEER® users, the most popular training topics were top-down design, mechanism design and surfacing. On the Windchill side, respondents said that learning how to use and administer Pro/INTRALINK 8.0 and how to use Windchill PDMLink were most important to them. We plan to survey Arbortext® users on their training wishes in the near future. There will be extensive training options covering all PTC product families at the World Event in Tampa. Stay tuned for more news in February.
