PTC/USER, Inc. is an independent, not-for-profit corporation organized by volunteers for the benefit of the worldwide community of PTC customers.

Our mission:

• To provide education and communication services for our members

• To act as a unified voice representing the membership to Parametric Technology Corporation

Our new members services site, members.ptcuser.org, is officially open for business as of today. The site offers many enhanced features, including a greatly updated version of the mail exploder software, enhanced sites for regional groups and technical committees, live chat rooms and much more. (You can read about the portal in the new issue of Profiles Magazine.)

All current and new members will need to register by March 12 to continue using the e-mail exploder. If you don't register by March 12th, your membership will expire.

When you register, it is important that you provide your correct contact information. We keep all of your information confidential and it is never shared with anyone. We need this information for conference registration, and to send you announcements about future events.

Membership continues to be free of charge. This is the only source of great technical information and member-to-member help so don't miss out--be sure to register before March 12.

Your PTC customer service login will not work on the members site, nor will any other PTC/USER accounts you may have used in the past. This is why you must register.

NOTE: After March 12, e-mail from the exploder will be coming from the domain "lists.ptcuser.org" ... if your company's spam filters must be programmed to allow list postings from ptcuser.org, you should contact your system administrator with the new domain name.
