Spring is a time of renewal and hope, as Nature steps from dormancy into fresh growth. It reminds us that life is cyclical, that things can and will change with regularity.

After a difficult period, there are some encouraging buds appearing on PTC's tree as well. You can read about some of the latest developments in this issue in Frank Strieffler's article, the Executive Meeting review as well as Evan Caille's discussion about the PTC/USER-PTC relationship.

Spring also means that preparations for the PTC/USER World Event are in full swing. Our conference team is working hard to develop new programming and activities to help you further your talents, meet your peers and expand your knowledge. Why not come to Orlando this June and renew your own spirits with your fellow members of the PTC/USER community? We hope to see you there!

Best Regards,

Rick Snider
